Our Chef

Native from Rimini, our Chef & Founder Gianni Caprioli debuted in a local seafood restaurant where he naturally developed a true passion and understanding of the produce.


Prior to Hong Kong, Gianni broadened his knowledge and sharpened his skills throughout a culinary journey in Japan, the USA, Corsica and France, learning various techniques and recipes to sublime seafood.
