Fishsteria, derived from the words fish and hysteria, reveals our love for seafood and our commitment to bringing the best and freshest of them, to you.

 

Our Chef & Founder Gianni Caprioli is a native from the Italian city of Rimini on the Adriatic coast. Today, through Fishsteria, Chef Gianni shares and translates his memories of a coastal life, his love for exceptional seafood and his dedication to cooking.
